What a morning so far.

  1. Truck won’t start: Well given that the batteries are over 5 years old – probably closer to 6 – I’m not overly surprised. I haven’t started it in a week and being that it’s –40c this AM according to the radio, it wouldn’t even try to crank. Should have known this would happen – batteries were on their way out before xmas so I should have just replaced them then. Oh well, pull out the charger this weekend and get the thing started (have to move it to get the other truck out next week)
  2. Propane fireplace flares out: This one I don’t know – two issues maybe a) its ‘ventless’ so there could be condensation blocking the air intake or b) propane is too low – tromped out through the snow so find the tank well under 10% – so much for the keep-fill program
  3. Garage door frozen shut: OK, not a huge deal but an annoyance – go to get the RAV out of the garage and the door sticks. Have to get out and shake the frost from the panels to get it to open. Much easier to do this from the inside rather than the outside when you’re coming home. Time to put on the garage heater and bite the bill for electricity I guess.

Now at work – obviously working hard. Don’t expect many people to be here today at all. The boss of noone today – rule my own empty kingdom. If the snoring gets to you just poke me.

Oh, if anyone wants to deliver me a coffee and baileys I probably wouldn’t turn it down.

Re: Is it a Friday or a Monday?

Hey Steve... yup I remember.

Things are cold these days but not overly exciting - just kicking around and getting older.

Gullum is still around - he spent a bunch of time down in Florida area last year but is now back up in the 'horse.

Cheers
Geo
